How do mobile visits work?
A mobile visit brings our experienced veterinary team directly to your home. We perform exams, wellness checks, and collect diagnostic samples for laboratory testing in the comfort of your pet’s familiar environment, helping your pet feel more relaxed throughout their care.
In case of emergency?
While we handle many urgent concerns during daylight hours, for life-threatening emergencies occurring after hours or when we are fully booked, we recommend contacting the nearest 24-hour emergency veterinary hospital in Barrie (see Emergency Options section).

Travel fees?
A modest travel fee applies to each visit based on your distance from our central Springwater/Barrie service area. This fee covers the convenience of doorstep care and helps us maintain our fully equipped mobile unit to serve your pets safely.
